Cookie policy
Which cookies the Exusia websites use, why, and how to change your choice at any time.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used or measure adverts, and those are used only if you agree.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept all, reject all, or choose. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice applies to all four Exusia websites.
Always on (necessary)
- ex_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 6 months.
- Theme and campaign details: your light or dark mode choice is kept in your browser's local storage, and the advert or link that brought you here is kept for the current tab only, so an enquiry can say how you found us. Neither is sent to anyone else.
- Spam protection: if Cloudflare Turnstile is switched on, it may set a cookie while you send a form, to tell people from bots.
Our own visit counting (no cookies)
We count visits on our own server without cookies and without storing your IP address. If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", we do not count you at all.
Analytics (only if you agree)
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: cookies such as _ga and _ga_ (kept for up to 2 years) to count visits and see which pages help people.
- Microsoft Clarity: cookies such as _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day) to show anonymous heatmaps of where people click and scroll.
Marketing (only if you agree)
- Meta Pixel: cookies such as _fbp (up to 3 months) to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: LinkedIn cookies to measure our LinkedIn adverts.
- TikTok Pixel: cookies such as _ttp to measure our TikTok adverts.
We only switch on the tools we actually use; the banner lists the ones active right now. Each provider explains its cookies on its own website.
Staff sign in
Staff who sign in to the admin get a session cookie (exadmin) that ends when they sign out or close the browser. Visitors never get it.
