Exusia Green

Proof

Check us before you pay us.

Substandard solar imports are a documented problem in Nigeria. The Standards Organisation of Nigeria and REAN have both flagged it, the Rural Electrification Agency has commissioned a testing facility for it, and consumer protection councils have opened investigations into mislabelled panel ratings. You should be verifying every vendor you speak to. Here is how to verify us.

Four ways to check us

1

Company registration

African Continental Reconstruction Consortium Ltd, trading as Exusia Green. RC282113. Registered office: Eden Gardens, KM 21 Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lekki, Lagos. Search the RC number on the CAC public register before you transfer money to anyone in this industry.

2

Serial verification

Every inverter and battery module we supply carries a serial number that can be checked against the manufacturer register. We send it to you in the dispatch message so you can check it before the installer leaves.

3

Manufacturer authorisation

We are an authorised ROYPOW partner. This is the basis of the whole model: we do not buy from a container and resell it to you, we order your units from the factory against your named request. It is why we can give you a serial that resolves and a warranty that holds.

4

Standards and certification

Product certifications carried by the lines we supply: UL9540, UL1973, UL1741, IEEE 1547 on the residential storage range, with SONCAP documentation on import. Each one is listed below with its status.

How to spot a fake, whoever you buy from

Check the serial, not the sticker

A printed label proves nothing. The serial should resolve against the manufacturer's own register. If a vendor cannot give you one, walk away.

Weigh it

Underweight almost always means undersized internals: thinner copper, smaller heat sinks, fewer cells. Compare against the published spec sheet weight.

Ask for usable capacity

A battery advertised at 10kWh should state usable capacity and depth of discharge separately. That is where the number is usually inflated.

Test the panel rating

Mislabelled panel ratings are the specific issue under investigation in Kano. Ask for an IV curve or a flash test report on the batch.

Track record

The numbers behind us.

We publish our manufacturer authorisation, our registration number and a serial checker, because substandard solar imports are a documented problem in this market and you should be checking every vendor you speak to, including us.

Independent review collection is being set up. Until it is live we would rather show you nothing than show you something we wrote ourselves.
