What we look at
Affordability
Your current fuel spend is the strongest signal. If the monthly figure is below what you already burn, the plan is affordable by definition, and that is the case for most applicants.
Tenure
The system stays on the property for the term. We need to know you will be there, or that the landlord agrees. Renters are not excluded, they just need a longer lease or a landlord letter.
Access
We need to be able to reach the site to service it. That is why the city list matters and why lead times differ.
Income regularity
Salaried, self-employed and business income all qualify. Regularity matters more than amount.
