Manufacturer warranty covers defect in materials and workmanship per the published terms. Our installation workmanship warranty runs 24 months from commissioning. Scheduled service is included for the full term on Power-as-a-Service and Lease-to-Own.

We publish our manufacturer authorisation, our registration number and a serial checker, because substandard solar imports are a documented problem in this market and you should be checking every vendor you speak to, including us.

How ordering works
We do not keep a warehouse. We order your system in.
Exusia Green is an authorised ROYPOW partner, not a market trader reselling whatever arrived in the last container. Your units are ordered from the manufacturer against your specific request, which is how we can put a serial number in your hand and stand behind a ten-year warranty. It also means a lead time, and we would rather state it plainly than surprise you with it.
You send a request
From the estimator, a system page or the catalogue. No payment, no account, no commitment. You get a reference code the same day.
We confirm the scope
A free site survey for systems, or a specification check for components. This is where the final price is fixed, not before.
You approve and pay a deposit
Off the website, by transfer or card, against an invoice carrying our RC number. The balance falls due on commissioning.
We place the factory order
As an authorised ROYPOW partner we order your exact units against your reference. Typically 4 to 6 weeks to Lagos.
We install and commission
Our own engineers. You get the serial numbers to verify before they leave, and the monitoring app from day one.
Your reference code is your order number. Quote it on WhatsApp at any point and we will tell you exactly where your order is. We deliberately do not make you create an account or log into a portal to find that out.
Prices are held for 14 days from quotation. These are imported goods and the naira moves. If the rate moves against us inside that window, the price you were quoted is the price you pay. If it moves in your favour, we requote downward.
